How to track your order

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier link. Use that link to view the latest delivery status.

If you cannot find your tracking email, contact support@cleviohome.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and replies within 48 hours during working days.
