Every Clevio order ships free — no minimum, no hidden fees.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days after processing, for a total delivery time under 10 days. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday.
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also visit Track your order or contact us at support@cleviohome.com for help.
If you need to cancel or change an order, email support@cleviohome.com as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipment.
