We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with accessories included, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@cleviohome.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. If the return is approved because of an issue caused by us, we will provide return instructions and cover the standard return shipping cost.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos where possible so we can review the issue.
We offer exchanges when an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. For other return reasons, we may ask you to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
